ACTION: Party coalitions registered by CEC for participation in the elections.
RISKS: Refusal for registration can be justified with texts of party statutes or platforms. This could be interpreted as administrative interference in the electoral process.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT: The registration was conducted in time and without serious difficulties. There is an issue with regard to the impossibility of a party to withdraw or cancel its registration after the deadline for registration.
